On 21–22 January, this year’s meeting of the Airbus Operators Forum (AOF) was held in Budapest, hosted once again by Pro-M Professional Mobile and Network Service Provider Private Company, Ltd. The event was opened by Ferenc Balla, CEO, who presented Pro-M’s role and experience in the development of governmental and emergency communications infrastructures in a professional presentation. The operational host of the forum was our colleague Miklós Takács, expert in international relations.
Pro-M Ltd. is a founding member of the Airbus Operators Forum and has been actively involved in the organization’s work since 2008, reflecting our company’s strong commitment to the continuous development and high-quality operation of emergency services in Hungary, as well as to strengthening international professional knowledge exchange. Representatives of partner service providers from Belgium, Germany, Finland, Estonia, and Sweden participated in the informal professional meeting.
The primary objective of the forum is the regular, mutual sharing of operational and development-related experience and best practices among operators of networks built on similar technical foundations. In addition, it provides an opportunity for participating service providers to represent the specific needs of emergency users toward the system supplier, based on a unified professional position.
We are proud that, as a founding member and host, we were once again able to contribute to the success of the Airbus Operators Forum, and we trust that the professional insights shared will prove valuable for all our partners in their day-to-day operations.
