2025-ben negyvenedik alkalommal adott otthont a Hungaroring a Forma–1-es Magyar Nagydíjnak. A megújult paddocképület biztonságos és stabil EDR-ellátása érdekében már februárban megkezdtük az előkészületeket. A Forma–1-es futamok technikai központjaként működő paddockban kiemelten fontos a zavartalan, megbízható rádiókommunikáció biztosítása, amely a verseny idején a hatóságok, a szervezők és a biztonsági személyzet számára elengedhetetlen. A kivitelezési tervek május elejére elkészültek, a 24 antennából és közel 1000 méternyi kábelből álló beltéri rendszer május végére telepítésre került.
A versenyhétvégét megelőzően rádiós mérésekkel ellenőriztük a TETRA-lefedettséget a pálya környezetében. A rendezvény idején helyszíni rádiós ügyeletet biztosítottunk, és szoros együttműködésben dolgoztunk a rendvédelmi szervezetekkel a zavartalan kommunikáció érdekében.
A Pest Vármegyei Rendőr-főkapitányság számára – a megnövekedett rendőri jelenlét támogatására – az alapkészleten felül, plusz kézi készülékeket is biztosítottunk.A sikeres EDR-szolgáltatás mögött most is a Pro-M Zrt. szakembereinek precíz előkészítő és kivitelező munkája állt – ezúton is elismerés illeti a csapatot a helyszíni biztosításért.
🥇 A 2025-ös Magyar Nagydíjat Lando Norris (McLaren) nyerte meg, a második helyen Oscar Piastri ( McLaren), a harmadikon pedig George Russell (Mercedes) végzett.

EDR support at the 40th Hungarian Grand Prix – ensuring critical communications at the Hungaroring
In 2025, the Hungaroring hosted the Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix for the 40th time. To ensure secure and stable EDR coverage in the newly renovated paddock building, preparations began as early as February. As the technical heart of the race weekend, the paddock demands uninterrupted and reliable radio communication—essential for public authorities, organisers, and security teams alikeBy early May, the implementation plans were completed. By the end of the month, an indoor system consisting of 24 antennas and nearly 1,000 metres of cable had been fully installed.
Ahead of the Grand Prix weekend, we conducted extensive radio measurements around the circuit to verify TETRA coverage. During the event itself, on-site radio support was provided, with our team working in close coordination with public safety agencies to ensure seamless communication throughout.
To support the increased police presence, we supplied the Pest County Police Headquarters with additional handheld radios from our reserve stock.
Once again, the success of the EDR service was made possible by the careful planning and expert implementation carried out by the engineers and technicians of Pro-M Zrt.—their professionalism and dedication on site are worthy of full recognition.
